Ready to reach new heights in 2024 with the new B737 simulator

A major milestone has been achieved in the Aircraft Operations Lab at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid: the successful setup of our cutting-edge B737 simulator. An achievement that has already enhanced the learning experience of students enrolled in both the Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees of the UC3M Aerospace Engineering Department who had the opportunity to try it out in the last term.

This innovation provides students are with hands-on experience, offering an authentic flight experience that aligns with industry standards. Get a glimpse of the immersive training environment that students can now access:

The implementation of this simulator has not been an easy task, and we are grateful to the EPS UC3M (Escuela Politécnica Superior) and the Aerospace Engineering department for their unconditional support in making this project a reality. The success of this project would also not have been possible without the support of Opencockpits and Flightsim4fun, who have contributed significantly to the development and implementation of the simulator.

With the establishment of this technology, the Lab is poised to take off successfully in 2024, providing students with great opportunities to excel in the dynamic field of aerospace engineering.
