The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join the Aircraft Operations Lab group within the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid to work alongside Prof. Manuel Soler. The research activity can focus on these two topics:
- Optimal Control, Optimization, and Climate Impact Mitigation
- Remote Sensing and AI for Atmospheric Observation and aviation-induced Climate Impact
Both of these research topics are being tackled by our group as part of the European projects RefMap and E-CONTRAIL. This provides a unique opportunity for collaboration with experts in the field and involvement in high-impact research initiatives.
